Camp Outcomes Ball security & composure Cross management Distribution & playing out of the back Communication & leadership Low saves Decision-making under pressure About Coach David Staats Hello, My name is David Staats. I am a college goalkeeper in my sophomore year at Beloit College in Wisconsin. A little background on me: I am orginally from pocatello. I played for PVSC and occaionally for CGA, then in high school for the Boise Timbers. I communted to and from Boise for practice 3 times a week while dealing with normal highschool. I committed to a junior college, then de-committed and headed to a Division III school in Wisconsin to play for a brand new head Coach. I played nearly every minute my freshman year, which provided incredibly valuable expirence for me. I then started my sohpomore year, where I helped lead the team to the conference tournament for the first time in over a decade, finishing second in conference overall. I led Division III nationally in saves for 2025 while also maintaing a save percentage at just over 85% and a saves per game stat that recorded in the top 10 nationally. I was awarded 1st team all conference and academic all district for the fall 2025 season. I am studying Economics and Philosophy at Beloit with a 4.00 GPA through my first 3 semesters. To watch Stella Cole perform is to be transported back in time. Her sense of joy and wonder is infectious. To watch Stella Cole perform is to be transported back in time. Her sense of joy and wonder is infectious – one look at her massive social media following makes this clear. Take a quick scroll through the comments of any of her many viral videos and you’ll see not only her irresistible charm, but an ability to expose fans of all ages to the wonders of the Great American Songbook, especially when these timeless stories are told honestly by an artist with an uncanny ability to transcend generations. On her highly anticipated debut recording, Stella is presented performing interpreting a collection of classics in a variety of settings, including many featuring an orchestra arranged by multiple Grammy-winner Alan Broadbent. Featuring songs made famous by everyone from Barbra Streisand (“When the Sun Comes Out”) and Judy Garland (“The Boy Next Door” and a classic re-interpretation of “Over the Rainbow”) to Billie Eilish (“My Future”) and Audrey Hepburn (“Moon River” of course!), it is sure to be one of the most impressive vocal recordings of 2024. Upon first hearing Stella Cole, one is immediately struck by her rich tone and extraordinary vocal control. However, what is particularly rare is her ability to interpret songs that were initially intended for actors in character in a direct, personally vulnerable way that connects to something within herself, placing her in the lineage of the greatest interpreters of the repertoire. Perhaps most exciting, to her many young fans, who have never heard these songs before, these are Stella Cole songs, which clearly makes her one of the most exciting artists of her generation. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Join us for dinner and drinks! Runners from all over the country will be in Rexburg, Idaho in June to participate in the Teton Dam Marathon & Races. The races include a marathon, half-marathon, relay, 10K and 5K. The Teton Dam Marathon & Races takes place every year around the anniversary of the breaking of the Teton Dam. On June 5, 1976, the collapse of the Teton River Dam unleashed a savage flood which caused $500 million in damage, took eleven lives, and made thousands homeless in Wilford, Sugar City, Rexburg, Salem, Hibbard, Firth, Blackfoot, and Roberts. This tragedy was turned into triumph by the victims’ own faith and courage and by an outpouring of aid by many volunteers from Idaho and nearby states. For this reason over a thousand runners flood the streets to take on their own personal challenge of running a race.An out-and-back race that takes runners on a commemorative tour of the site of the famous Teton Dam break, the Teton Dam Marathon, Half Marathon and Relay offers views of beautiful scenery, quaint towns and farmland and wide expanses of open spaces.

Join us for a day of encouragement, practical teaching, and connection for homeschooling families at every stage. Join us for the Eastern Idaho Homeschool Conference 2026: Called to Teach , a one-day gathering designed to encourage, equip, and connect homeschooling families across our region. Whether you are just beginning to consider homeschooling or have been faithfully teaching your children for years, this conference is created with you in mind. Our desire is that you would leave the day strengthened in your calling, refreshed in your perspective, and equipped with practical tools for your homeschool journey. Throughout the day, you will hear from experienced homeschool mothers who will share wisdom gained through real-life experience—both the joys and the challenges. Together, we will step back and look at the bigger picture of home education, while also diving into the everyday rhythms and practical needs of homeschooling. You can expect: • Encouraging keynote sessions focused on the long-term vision of home education • Practical breakout sessions on topics like getting started, teaching multiple ages, high school preparation, and balancing home and homeschool • A panel discussion with seasoned homeschool moms answering real questions • Opportunities to connect with other homeschooling families in Eastern Idaho • A homeschool resource area featuring local vendors and helpful tools This conference is intentionally designed to be both encouraging and practical —a place where you can be reminded why you started and gain clarity for where you are going. We are so excited to bring something like this to our area and to gather together as a community of families committed to teaching and discipling our children at home.
