In the unsettling context and times we are enduring, at IPDA Scotland, we feel it is more important than ever to find support in the community and ensure we can continue to collaborate in our work, especially when our opportunities to do so and funding to enable these opportunities, are shrinking. Our second symposium, which will take place at Queen Margaret University in the inspiring surroundings of our outdoor learning hub, is framed by the theme of finding strength and support in collaboration and we invite you join us for a morning of collaborative discussion this theme, based on the following three questions:
Building hope:
What resources, aims, visions, and/or projects are sustaining you in your professional learning or development?
Sharing strength in adversity:
What galvanises you in facing the challenges we are experiencing, and can it leverage more collective mutual support?
Wellbeing and learning:
Working together to manage stress – how can we leverage this? What are the limits and challenges?
