Hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Brownwood, this event invites children 16 and under to join a delightful morning of fishing at Early Town Center Walking Trails. The first 150 registrants will receive a complimentary rod, reel, and bait, while TWPD offers a limited loaner tackle. Learn from educational programs by TPWD Inland Fisheries, State Parks, and Law Enforcement. Whether a beginner or seasoned angler, all are welcome to enjoy the day celebrating fishing for kids of every skill level. Connect with nature, make new friends, and build lasting memories. Pecan Valley Kiwanis will provide hot dogs, chips, and drinks until supplies last.
