Enter your best classic country sourdough loaf in the inaugural Essex County Sourdough Championship. Bakers are invited to submit one naturally leavened sourdough loaf to be evaluated through a blind judging by a panel of judges.
Loaves will be assessed based on crust, crumb structure, fermentation, and overall craftsmanship. All entries are judged anonymously to ensure fairness and to keep the focus entirely on the bread.
