In this two day workshop (8 hours total) we will cover two years of Meisner based technique plus Laban's eight physical efforts. We begin with light movement then moment to moment work to get present, in the moment. Improvisations to learn to be specific in circumstances and relationships. Finally, we break down the material into moments and beats and actions. This work takes the guess work out so you have a solid way of working in word, action and behavior.
