What's the refund policy?
All notice of cancellation or downgrades to the registration package must be received in writing by April 1, 2026, in order to receive 50% refund. Please email cwalsh@aimmedia.com.There will be no refunds for cancellations or downgrades received after April 1, 2026 or for no shows. No exceptions.
