Golf season is here… but is your body ready for it?
If you’re dealing with stiffness, loss of distance, or aches in your back, hips, or shoulders after a round, this workshop is for you.
At Move RX, we don’t do passive rehab or generic stretching. We help active adults build strength, mobility, and control so they can move better, swing better, and play longer.
In this 60-minute Golf Mobility & Strength Workshop, you’ll learn:
Why your body, not your swing, is often the real limitation
How to improve hip and thoracic rotation for more power and consistency
How to reduce pain in your back, hips, and shoulders
A simple, effective warm-up you can use before every round
Strength-based exercises that actually carry over to your game
This is not a stretch class.
This is a performance-focused session designed to help you hit farther, move better, and stay out on the course longer.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately, plus a clear understanding of what your body needs to improve this season.
