It's important to consider your current mental wellbeing.
If you're experiencing thoughts of suicide, recent bereavement due to suicide, or significant mental health challenges, please consider if now is the right time for you to attend. ASIST training focuses on developing skills to help others, and is not a therapy space. Please reach out to the organisers if you'd like to discuss prior to bookings.
