🌿
Opening Women’s Circle
We’ll gather by the tidal pool for a 9.45am start, with poetry, meditation, and time to check in with each other — creating a circle where you’ll feel truly safe, seen, and connected.
🌊
Swim at Pittemweem Tidal Pool
Immerse yourself in the wild waters of this breathtaking spot — a tidal pool shaped by nature and the sea, where the air is fresh, the horizon wide, and your spirit lifted.
🚶♀️
Coastal Walk to Anstruther
We’ll wander the Fife Coastal Path together, with sea air in our lungs and stunning views stretching across to North Berwick, Edinburgh, and Queensferry.
🍴
Fish & Chips by the Harbour
We’ll pause at Anstruther, famous for some of the best fish and chips in Scotland. Picture yourself sitting on the harbour wall, sea breeze in your hair, the sound of gulls overhead, and salt on your lips as you tuck into freshly cooked food. A true feast for the senses. (Fish and Chips at own cost).
🚶♀️
Walk to Cellardyke Tidal Pool
Our final stretch takes us along the shoreline to the hidden gem of Cellardyke Tidal Pool. Overlooking St Abbs, this magical place is known for its wildlife — I’ve often seen seals and even dolphins while swimming here. Together we’ll dive in, ending the day with laughter, exhilaration, and a deep sense of connection.
