Calm your nervous system and defend yourself from harm. I've put this together to help women feel safe in a chaotic world. I'm Energy Healer Kiana Love, Founder of Be Wild Woman. I help women and survivors of complex trauma that are still feeling overwhelmed, anxious and uncomfortable in the bodies, feel safe free and at home in their bodies and lives. I've invited Kung Fu Master Lawrence Tan to share realistic tools to help you defend yourself in case of danger. I'm offering this because I've been seeing and experiencing how unsettled and unpredictable the world is today. This affects your nervous system, leaving you unsettled, anxious and less confident....which keeps you overthinking, exhausted and stuck. Recently young kids with ski masks surrounded me on my way home yelling at me. I've had clients and people I know come in for sessions distressed after being hit or threatened and had to calm them down and help them feel safe again. Practice with partner drilling. Who is Lawrence Tan? Lawrence Tan a grand master of Shaolin Kung fu and Zen meditation, is the founder TanDao Kung fu. He taught privately in Manhattan and internationally for over thirty years. Over his sixty year career in martial arts, he has worked as a movie fight choreographer, stuntman, actor. He is the author of The Universal Form: Three Minutes to Power and Peace and co - author of Energy Warriors: Overcoming Cancer and Crisis with the Power of Qi Gong. Recently, he secluded himself from the world for seven years of creative solitude. Each day he trained his body in nature and practiced sitting meditation.
