Michael Maul, an esteemed American poet, has garnered recognition for his thought-provoking work published in various literary journals across North America and internationally. He is a graduate of the esteemed Ohio University creative writing program and has since contributed to the development of promising poets through his involvement in an esteemed editorial board. Furthermore, Michael has achieved acclaim for his three acclaimed collections of poetry, which have garnered praise from readers, fellow poets, editors, and reviewers alike. 

Don McLagan, an accomplished entrepreneur and poet, will also grace the stage at Bookstore1 PoetryMic. With his latest release, "Chappaquiddick Poems," McLagan invites readers on a poetic journey to this unique island. As the author of two previous poetry collections, "Fragments in a Glass Bowl" and "Tug at the Knot," McLagan's work showcases his versatility and depth as a poet. Additionally, McLagan boasts an impressive background in the tech industry, having founded and led five successful companies in the Boston area.

Joining the lineup is Liz Kelner Pozen, an artist and retired psychotherapist known for her evocative poetry and captivating paintings. With two books of poetry and paintings, "The Heart of the Family" and "Salami," to her name, Pozen's work delves into the intricacies of human emotions and experiences. She has recently expanded her creative repertoire with the publication of a children's book, "The What Ifs: a bedtime story."
