Through movement these 2 hour workshop are a way to allow us to connect a little more to our bodies and encourage creation from an authentic place with more flow and less resistance. The aim is to allow creatives to feel more authentic, accept them selves where they are at in the present and step into their personal power. There will be use of mindful techniques, free movement exercises and chance to reflect and note ideas and inspiration. In this workshop a movement or dance background is not needed and it is aimed at all who would like a chance to work physically playing with movement to help with many forms of creativity and wellbeing. About Esme: Esme is a creative from the Midlands who works an actress and director and has a background in dance, movement and music. Her passions and interests also include travel, mental health and wellness, physical theatre, spoken word/poetry, music and film. Esme also works within the healthcare sector and is trained in reiki. She is interested in how our creativity in many forms can help with moving through difficult times to find more joy, love, self acceptance and therefore can lead to a sense of healing.
