Participants will also have the chance to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to identify any health issues and set individual goals for the programme.

In the end, I was so tired that I just listened to the music and was too lazy to bend down to find the angle.
The cast, choreography, and music of Les Miserables were all perfect, but I chose a bad seat, which was really tragic.
