Looking for some soothing weekend plans? Join us for our weekly Sunday morning brewery yoga class at Lamplighter Brewing Co.'s Cambridge Crossing (CX) taproom. We'll gather in the light-filled upstairs taproom for a gentle, all-levels flow. Space is limited, and reservations are required. All yoga levels are welcome! This class is great for beginners, as well as for experienced yogis. We'll lead you through a guided flow with a focus on stretching, breathing, and light activity - you might work up a light sweat, but nothing too strenuous. Please plan on bringing your own yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, a large beach towel works as well. The class takes place in our upstairs taproom at Lamplighter Brewing Co.'s CX location (110 N First St, Cambridge MA). Your ticket includes full access to the yoga class as well as a beer, cold brew coffee, or kombucha. Each ticket includes: Access to the 1 hour yoga class1 beer token (good for a full pour of any beer or non-alcoholic beverage)Please note that this event is 21+ and all guests will be asked to show a valid government-issued ID. Within 24 hours of the start time, we will offer a refund in the form of credit to be used for a future ticketed event hosted by Lamplighter, valid for 1 year.
