Join Heather Williams for a Deaf-led and BSL-supported adult arts for wellbeing session. Each week you can bring your own creative project or you can tuft, weave, sew and explore different materials alongside others in an inclusive space. Everyone is welcome. Thursdays, 1pm-3pm every week. Please book - donations are pay what you can, and we appreciate all donations as we are an unfunded space run by artists and volunteers. Our suggestion minimum donation is £5. Heather Williams is an access consultant, project manager, and emerging arts practitioner. She is a member of neurodspicyplaydates who are currently in residency at Hypha Studios (111 Queen Street) and a member of Our Visual World, a group of Deaf emerging artists in Wales. Access Info All gender and disabled loos.  Quiet space. BSL supported. A neurodivergent and inclusion-led space. Fidget toys and earbuds (bring your own if you want!)  Please contact us if you feel anxious visiting our space for the first time - we can show you around before when we are closed, or we can body double with you. You can find us on Instagram. An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.I highly recommend this visit for all ages.The staff were friendly and helpful.I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Cardiff Bay is very easy to go.  It is very closed to Cardiff Central Station.  You can take the bus or walk 30 mins from central station.  It is free to visit, of course, and the scenary there is fantastic.  You can spend a few hours there, no doubt.  Take lots of pictures there.  There are a lot of shops and restaurant and coffee shop there.  So once you are tired, you can grab a coffee there, by sitting next to the seashore, enjoying the coffee and the sea at the same time.  Different kinds of pubs and restaurant there, from high class to family restaurant.  There are also a few historical buildings there, and there is a modern exhibition center there.  The design of its outlook is so high tech, you definitely will fall in love with it.
