For Grades K-3, beginners are welcome to learn the basics of the game, including rules and shooting techniques on 8-foot hoops. Daily games and video highlights for parents are included. Older players in Grades 4-8 can expect in-depth shooting fundamentals, offensive and defensive drills, position breakdowns, and competitive games.
