Course structureThis two-day course runs from 9 am to 5 pm on two consecutive days (usually Saturday and Sunday), from the advertised start date. Course contentAt the end of our two-day intensive course, you’ll confidently know how to: Remove, refit and adjust a rim brake assembly.Remove, refit and adjust a derailleur gear system.Repair a puncture - including correctly removing and refitting a wheel, tyre and inner tube.Carry out a systematic cycle check and rectify faults.You must be aged 18 or over to attend this course. If you're 16-18 you can attend with written permission from a parent. Price£330 There's the option to pay a deposit and then pay the balance 30 days before the course starts.
