From October to March, local artists and movement practitioners from diverse backgrounds will lead inspiring 2-hour workshops, sharing their embodied practices with the community. These workshops aim to foster curiosity, diversity, and a sense of belonging. The workshops will be held at various locations in Downtown St. Catharines, showcasing the vibrant arts community in the area. This series is made possible by the Culture Builds Community Grant from the St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program, as well as the support of our Venue Partners, such as The First Ontario Performing Arts Centre, Avenue Ballroom, The Niagara Artists Centre, The St. Catharines Public Library, Suitcase in Point Multi-Arts Company, and Westview Christian Fellowship.
