Join Kelsey Lensman on her 32nd stop of Mission48 as she brings her women empowerment event to South Carolina. The event, taking place on October 2nd, 2023 at SNS Barbell in Rock Hill, will feature a Deadlift Max Out workout. This unforgettable day is open to people of all ages and fitness levels, and it is completely free to attend. However, there is a maximum capacity, so be sure to register early to secure your spot. The event will start at 5pm EST, with warm-ups and an explanation of the workout beginning at 4:30pm. 

The Deadlift Max Out workout will consist of three attempts to lift the maximum weight possible. If you are new to deadlifting, there are scalable options available. Intermediate A participants can try using just the bar for one rep, while Intermediate B participants can do max reps of dumbbell Romanian deadlifts at a moderate weight. In addition to the workout, there will also be a Mission48 Miles event where you can walk one mile with Denise, a member of the M48 road team, or run/jog one mile with Kelsey's Dad. 

Mission48 is an incredible initiative that aims to inspire girls and women to step out of their comfort zones and build true self-confidence. Throughout the 48-day journey, Kelsey Lensman will complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states, all while bringing awareness to the charity ROX (Ruling Our Experiences). ROX is a non-profit organization that provides 20-week programs in schools to empower young girls and teach them about self-confidence, body image, and leadership skills. The goal of Mission48 is to sponsor 10,000 girls for ROX programs across the US.
