The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Show in Des Moines, Iowa is an interactive experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This immensely popular show takes place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Des Moines Downtown. The event offers a four-course meal, including Chef's Selection of Hors d' Oeuvres, Field Green Salad, a choice of entree, and NY Style Cheesecake for dessert. Coffee and tea are also included, and there is a cash bar available for your convenience. 

Unlike other murder mystery dinner shows, The Dinner Detective takes a unique approach. There are no cheesy costumes or campy dialogue here. The performers are dressed just like everyone else, making it difficult for guests to determine who is part of the show and who is not. In fact, you might not even realize that the person seated next to you is an actor until they "die" in the performance. The mystery unfolds throughout the evening as the detectives interrogate everyone and gather clues. At the end of the night, prizes are awarded to the Top Sleuth who solves the crime.

Please note that this show is geared toward adults and has a minimum age requirement of 15. Business casual or dressy casual attire is required, and there are certain clothing restrictions in place. For transportation, valet parking is available at the venue. Outside food and drink are not allowed due to hotel policy.
