The program covers a spectrum of topics including coaching the Snatch, fast SSC plyometrics, and anaerobic glycolysis. By the end of the course, attendees will have the opportunity to apply their skills to a real-world athlete case study, integrating lessons from both Phase 1 & 2 Courses. Scheduled for April 26th to April 28th, 2024, this comprehensive course comes at a fee of €639.16. Participants can expect to deepen their expertise in advanced program design and conjugate periodization to elevate their coaching capabilities to the next level.

St. Patrick&#39;s Cathedral is Ireland&#39;s largest Catholic church. St. Patrick&#39;s Cathedral is exquisite and grand, more than 300 years ago, the author of Gulliver&#39;s Travels, Jonathan Westft, was bishop of the church and his remains were buried under it. The church has a Chinese guide to get a detailed understanding of the church&#39;s details, its construction and restoration history, as well as the characters and stories associated with it. After visiting St Patrick&#39;s Cathedral, you can spend a short time in St Patrick&#39;s Park at the back of the church. This park is very small, with a small market, stalls selling art, handicrafts and cosmetics. It is recommended to book tickets in advance.

Be warned, to walk all the way through takes about an hour and there are no busses that stop in the park- they only drive through and stop either side, but the park itself is beautiful and easy to spend that much time wandering in, the deer are usually in the upper end of the park after the cricket field, there are a few food carts dotted around and also Dublin zoo located in the park
