2026 Moose Hide Campaign Winnipeg Walk to End Violence | Canadian Museum for Human Rights
Join us for a powerful walk raising awareness and standing up against violence in our communities
Join us as we walk in support of the Moose Hide Campaign and Walk to End Violence against women and children right here in the Red River Valley, where Kanata’s heart beats.
The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots initiative committed to ending violence against women and children. Rooted in Indigenous ceremony, it has grown into a nationwide movement grounded in respect, responsibility, and collective change. Wearing a moose hide pin is a visible commitment to honour, protect, and stand up for those impacted by violence.
This gathering brings our community together in ceremony, reflection, and hope. Last year, more than half a million people across Canada stood in solidarity on Moose Hide Campaign Day. This year, we continue that momentum, side by side.
