Workshops Timing: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm 2nd & 9th October: Introduction to Collage Come and try collage with Criz! Learn how to create visual pieces by combining your favourite snippets of text and images to create a playful new piece of Art. No experience necessary - just the willingness to give it a go! Wear comfy clothing that you are happy to get messy. Materials provided. Criz is a Fine Artist who works across several media. For CSA survivors, friends and allies, ages 18+ -- There are two other workshops as part of this FTW series, which you are welcome to also attend. You can book in for Chris' Puppetry for Inquisitive Souls here and Susannah's Creative Minds: Zebras, Words & Craftism here. -- Venue Information 9 Broad Walk, Viv Gordon Company shop space (Formerly Shoe Zone), Knowle, BS4 2RA Getting there: Broadwalk Shopping Centre is a 36-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station (directions here). There are also many bus stops nearby with regular buses on various routes. Parking: The parking in the Broadwalk shopping centre is limited to 2 hours and therefore not long enough for the duration of the workshops (2.5 hours). However, there is lots of free on-street parking in the residential areas surrounding the shopping centre. Please note that although Broadwalk Shopping Centre is not within the Bristol Clean Air Zone, you may have to travel through it. Details on the CAZ, whether you are eligible to pay and the charges are available here. Access: Broadwalk Shopping Centre is a wheelchair venue. The entrance, Viv Godorn Shop Space and Toilets (Male, Female and Accessible) are all on a single level. The entrance to the shopping centre and our shop space is at pavement level / step-free.
