Experience the transformative power of FULL MOON Yoga in The Brewery District. This all-levels yoga class, guided by Analisia White, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, will deepen your connection to your practice and help you connect on a deeper level with your body. Analisia has extensive experience in various yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Yin, ensuring a well-rounded and fulfilling experience for all participants. This SLOW FLOW class offers modifications for every level, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit.

The class begins with a meditation to set the tone for a focused and centered practice. A slow flow sequence follows, allowing for mindful movement and exploration of the body. The session concludes with a soothing sound healing session in savasana, using crystal sound bowls to create a safe and harmonious environment. Please note that sound healing can evoke intense emotions, and if it is not enjoyable for you, it is perfectly acceptable to leave early or step out.
