Month-long German-style Christmas market

Sapporo has been hosting Christmas light displays since 2002, when it marked the 30th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Sapporo and Munich, Germany. Stalls selling Christmas goods, mulled wine, and German food are set up in Odori Park for about a month. There are also commemorative mugs for sale with designs that change every year. There are also outdoor concerts, indoor workshops, and if you're lucky, you might even receive a present from Santa Claus! There are tents with seating near the food stalls, so you don't have to worry about snow. From late November, the Sapporo White Lights will also begin in Odori Park, adding to the Christmas spirit.

JR Tower T38 is Sapporo&#39;s tallest and perhaps best attraction. The view over the glowing, twinkling city after dark from 173 meters high is outstanding... a must-see!We grabbed a drink and sat in one of the chairs facing the large panoramic windows&mdash;it&#39;s like watching a sci-fi movie unfold before your eyes.A funny gimmick is that in the men&#39;s restroom, you pee with this view. It can be hard to concentrate while doing so.

It would be great to take the streetcar Shiden to find a place to take the Moiwa Mountain Cable Car to the observatory and go up to the observatory to see the entire area of Sapporo with a night view.

Famous for its delicious white chocolate biscuits, the park offered a behind-the-scenes look at the making of these treats. The charming European-style buildings, colorful gardens, and playful decorations created a magical atmosphere. Watching the biscuit production through glass windows was fascinating, and the DIY cookie workshop added a fun, interactive element. The gift shop was irresistible, filled with beautifully packaged sweets and souvenirs.

Lavender garden is also a very good place, a large artificially planted lavender variety, the smell of flowers can be smelled far away, is a rare place to take pictures, flowering season more people, merchants and tourists intertwined here.
