This event, taking place on March 5, 2024, welcomes both experienced wheel-throwing students and newcomers to participate in the art of glazing ceramics. Glazing is a crucial step in pottery-making, as it not only protects the piece but also adds a touch of creativity and unpredictability. Participants will have the opportunity to explore different glazing techniques in a serene forest setting in Wynwood.

For those who have completed a Wheel Throwing class at the studio, the event offers the chance to glaze their own creations. New guests can select three pieces from a varied collection for their glazing experience. The ticket price for this event is $45, inclusive of all necessary materials, firing of pieces, instructor guidance, a delightful playlist, and a calming ambiance. Attendees are welcome to bring their own beverages without any corkage charge.

OCISLY Ceramics, founded by Cristina and Adam, aims to cultivate a community of artists and art enthusiasts through their passion for ceramics. After the event, fired pieces will be available for pickup within 2 to 3 weeks. A cancellation policy is in place, allowing refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event.
