Each class lasts for an hour, starting with 45 minutes of beginner-friendly ashtanga yoga practice, followed by 30 minutes of pure goat interaction. Discover the joy of partner poses, goat cuddles, and capturing memorable pictures with your friends. Please note that Goat Yoga Houston advises against bringing smaller children or those under the age of 9 to the class. Adults accompanying children must always supervise and keep an eye on them. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and ensure a prompt start to the class. Remember that all participants must sign a liability waiver prior to joining in. If you don't have a yoga mat, fret not! They are available for rent at a nominal fee of $5. Remember to bring your own water, bug spray, and sunscreen, as these items may not be guaranteed on-site.
