The lessons will be held on the sidewalk outside JFH, allowing participants to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The schedule runs from 10:00am to 11:00am, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable morning for all attendees.

Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga offers a unique and fun-filled experience for guests of all ages. The 45-minute goat yoga lesson is followed by a 15-minute decompression period, where guests can interact with the goats, pet them, and capture precious moments on camera. Don't forget to bring a closed water bottle, sunscreen, comfortable athletic wear, and a camera to capture the memories. Closed back shirts are recommended to protect against any potential scratches from the goats' hooves.

For those interested in attending, tickets are available for $30. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event, and guests can reschedule their lesson time with a $5 transfer fee. In the event of a cancellation due to capacity requirements or weather conditions, tickets will be transferred to a future lesson of the guest's choice. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied after the time of purchase, and ticket prices may fluctuate.
