The festivities will kick off with a conversation led by Shamell Bell, where she will discuss the 28-Day Global Dance Meditation for Black Liberation and the community-led improvisational methods of "co-choreographic praxis." The highlight of the evening will be the freestyle collaboration led by Ahmad DuBose-Dawson. This three-hour session will bring together community partners, including Yoda Jones and a live band with USC Thornton students, for an unforgettable display of raw talent and creativity.
