Prior completion of Big Fork Theatre's Improv Foundations 4: Group Mind is required to enroll in this class. However, if you possess the necessary training and skill but don't meet this requirement, feel free to reach out to the Directors at training@bigforktheatre.com for special consideration. In this course, you will explore a range of specific skills and topics, including the Game of the Scene, comedic premise-based improvisation, unpacking true stories for comedic potential, advanced long-form techniques, and how to heighten and explore comedic premises. Each session of this course spans 3 hours, with a total of 8 sessions. So why should you take an improv class? Well, improv is a medium for all, regardless of your experience level.
