La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley presents the Intermediate Salsa, Bachata & Merengue Dance Class Series running from March 11 to April 08, 2024. The series consists of four sessions held on Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Led by Venezuelan dance instructor Juliana Mendonca, participants will delve into the intricacies of Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue, catering to both beginner and intermediate levels. Emphasizing body connection and rhythm, the classes welcome individuals of all genders, non-binary & LGBTQ+. The series tuition cost is $94 for the entire program, with no drop-ins available – advance registration is required. Additionally, students will receive a complimentary ticket to an upcoming BAILA!
