Primary Speaker BioAndi ManleyAndi is the Director of Swimming at Loughborough University and started his Loughborough journey as a freshman in 1995 until 2002. Since then Andi has gained nearly two decades worth of experience from his previous positions at Swindon Dolphins, Derventio Excel & Swim Ontario before returning to the Loughborough Campus in 2015. Andi has coached a swimmer at every major international championship's (junior and senior) except the Olympic Games, this is something that is firmly in his sights. Andi is now an Olympic GOLD Medal Coach after Dan's results in Paris Paul DonovanPaul Donovan is the Director of Competitive Swimming for theJersey Wahoos Swim Club. Prior to his time there, he served as the Head Coach at the National Aquatic Centre Performance Centre for Swim Ireland. Paul will discuss the differences between swimming in Ireland versus the United States; finding success in the midst of constraints; advice for club coaches; Paul’s training philosophy and the structure of the Jersey Wahoos; and the greatest challenges facing our athletes and coaches today.
