The Labor Day Run 5K/10K/13.1 CHICAGO/EVANSTON event at Elliott Park in Evanston, IL on August 31, 2024, is anticipated to sell out rapidly. Waves will be closed as they reach capacity, with a limited number of 15-20 participants per wave. Participants of all ages and paces are welcome to join the small, exclusive group run, whether running or walking. Enjoy a stress-free experience with no timing chips; however, coordinators can assist in tracking your time using bib numbers provided on race day. Each participant will receive a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal, with swag items shipped directly to their US mailing address. Those interested in the virtual run option can receive support from a Coach via text and complete the run at their convenience, submitting their results for a medal. For those eager to participate in multiple races, a Race Bundle option is available, granting discounts and a Custom Runner's Trophy for completing three runs. Sponsors are welcome to promote their businesses, while volunteers can contribute to the community by assisting in organizing runs. Additionally, each registration will gift a race entry and running swag to someone in need.
