Meet the Milwaukee Art Museum’s newest Chief Curator, Elizabeth (Liz) Siegel, at the upcoming event "Let’s Meet the Milwaukee Art Museum’s New Chief Curator." With a distinguished background as a former Curator of Photography and Media Art at the Art Institute of Chicago, Siegel now leads the Curatorial and Collections departments at the museum. Under the leadership of Marcelle Polednik, MAM’s director, Siegel aims to enhance the museum’s national and global presence. Responsible for organizing exhibitions, expanding the collection, and fostering collaborations, Siegel is committed to showcasing the museum's diverse offerings. Join us on May 22, 2024, at the Woman's Club of Wisconsin to hear Siegel share insights on the museum's collection, upcoming acquisitions, and future exhibitions.
