For this session, we will meet at the mansion on Roxholme grove in the car park area at 11.50 am and move to the entrance at the back of building where the studio is. Keep an eye out for someone with a green t shirt and probably a coat, with shortish, blondish hair as this will be the session facilitator Zoe ( They / She) In this session, you will get the chance to explore gentle pilates based exercises to improve your core strength, flexibility and body stability & control. We will use a range of small equipment, balls, dynaband and other appropriate equipment to support this. Sessions can and will be adapted to suit individual access needs. If you are neurodivergent, there is an article here gives some helpful guidlenes that may be relevent to this session.  Mats and equipment is all provided at the studio. There is usually music playing (volume can be adapted by agreement with participants.) Sessions are all about having a relaxed and enjoyable experience whilst increasing awareness, strength and mobility. FAQ: Can I come to this session if I’ve not been before? Yes!
