During this 2-hour class, you will have the opportunity to observe a live model and delve into the art of capturing their essence on paper. The first hour will be dedicated to structured guidance from Becky Frehse, allowing you to master the fundamentals of life drawing. Following this, you will have an hour of free drawing, where you can apply what you have learned or explore your own artistic vision. 

Rest assured, all the materials you need will be provided. However, if you prefer to use your own materials, you are more than welcome to bring them along. 

Please bear in mind that Life Drawing at TAM is exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and older. We kindly ask you to respect this age requirement.

The museum is located in the center of Tacoma. It is a beautiful building. We visited the Impressionist exhibition. It was done well. We also visited the Chihuli and the North West. It was exciting to see the paintings and sculptures of Monet, Degas and Renoa. Parking behind the museum is easy. I will come back often.
