Collaborating with two jazz musicians as Il Trio Malinconico, the author presents unplugged performances that blend readings with double bass and saxophone improvisations. The Trio Malinconico stems from the shared ambition of a writer and two jazz musicians to merge music and literature into a captivating show where both art forms converse in a common language. The concept revolves around alternating between recited literary pieces and musical performances, allowing the audience to immerse in the text while relaxing to live music, featuring only double bass and saxophone in an essential, unplugged setting.
