NoTanx Freediving offers weekly training sessions exclusively for members at the Brighton pool. These coached club sessions cater to divers of all levels, from beginners to world champions. If you're not currently a member, we invite you to attend our try-out sessions on Wednesday nights at PR. To join, simply book a Newbie ticket for our Wednesday sessions at Prince Regent, where you'll need to complete a medical form called "Come & Try." The training sessions begin around 8:30 pm with a dry session behind the reception area, followed by pool time from 9 pm to 10 pm. At NoTanx Freediving, we focus on breaking down the art of Freediving into ten aspects that can be trained separately. With 42 exercises in total, we ensure comprehensive training in all ten aspects. Most of our sessions adopt a Yin approach, focusing on soft internal techniques, awareness, and efficiency. Additionally, we hold Yang sessions that emphasize hard external techniques, such as monofin technique and flexibility.
