THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT JUST FOR NEWBIES!!!  This BACK TO BASICS  Workshop has also proven popular among intermediate lifters looking for a good refresh! Drilling the basics it's just for newbies, it's something lifters with experience need also! Break through plateus and reach new levels with a better understanding for Olympic Weightlifting techniques and what this awesome discipline can offer to your Training Performance.  Lew Pridmore works out of Training Space - Chelmsford and has over a decade of teaching Olympic Weightlifting and Advanced Barbell Training to everyday people, Functional Fitness Competitors and Youth Athletes. Through Coaching Weightlifting across such a variety of people over the years, Lew has developed a teaching style that is fun, energetic, engaing and adaptable for all ages and levels.  Across the 3-hour workshop, students can expect to cover the following;  Specific Weightlifting Mobility drills and other warm up inspiration (movement flows, jump training..) A brekadown for the Snatch and the Clean&Split Jerk with plenty of coaching time and a great opportunity for practice.
