Join Chrxstal Clear Healing and Peace For All at the Queer Yoga & Sound Healing event in Los Angeles. This unique class seamlessly combines the soothing powers of sound healing with the serenity of yoga. Led by Dilan, the yoga session will be enhanced by Chrxstal's serene journey using an ocean drum, rain stick, and sound bowls to guide you through the calming waves of an island oasis. 

Peace For All is committed to decolonizing wellness and promoting inclusivity and equity. They offer practices like yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to everyone, with a special focus on marginalized individuals who have historically faced discrimination. By embracing principles such as anti-racism, resisting westernization, and combating various forms of discrimination, Peace For All aims to not only provide valuable tools for well-being but also contribute to a more inclusive world.

Chrxstal Sarah, a certified sound healer and musician, aims to foster acceptance, healing, and wellness within the community through the power of sound. 

Don't worry if you don't have a yoga mat, as extra mats will be available for use. The event will be held at the DTLA ART COMMUNITY CENTER in Los Angeles. 

DTLA Proud, a non-profit organization, strengthens and empowers the local LGBTQ+ and ally community in Downtown Los Angeles. They provide visibility, volunteerism, partnerships, and events.

Please plan ahead for the event and give yourself ample time to find the location. Public transportation is available, and parking options include the Bloc Parking Structure. Biking or using a ride-share service is also recommended for a greener option.
