Experience the excitement of the highly anticipated Rainier Dragon Boat Festival 2024, hosted by the esteemed Tacoma Dragon Boat Association (TDBA). This annual regatta stands as one of the most prestigious dragon boat events in the Pacific Northwest, attracting competitive and corporate/community teams alike. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Thea Foss Waterway in downtown Tacoma, Washington, the race course spans 300 meters at Thea's Park. We encourage participants to register before the April 30, 2024 deadline, as this event has a history of selling out well in advance.

Teams will compete in various divisions, including Mixed, Women, Corporate/Community, and Mixed Women. Each mixed team must consist of 20 paddlers, with a minimum of 10 female paddlers, alongside a caller, steersperson, and additional alternates. For corporate and community teams, callers and steers will be provided if necessary. It is worth noting that at least half of the crew for mixed teams must be comprised of women. Participants must also be at least 14 years old.

In the unfortunate event that a cancellation is necessary, please be aware of our refund policy. A $75 fee will be applied to all cancellations made before April 30, 2024.
