The highly anticipated Run for Donuts 5K/10K/13.1 HOUSTON event is set to take place on April 6, 2024, at the stunning Eleanor Tinsley Park in Houston, TX. Runners are urged to secure their spots quickly as this event is expected to sell out in no time. Once all the waves are filled, participants still have the option to sign up for the virtual run, ensuring they don't miss out on the excitement. 

The event offers an incredible opportunity to run or walk amidst a supportive and encouraging community. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, all paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome. The run is capped at a maximum of 40 people per wave, guaranteeing an intimate and enjoyable experience. 

Participants will receive a premium running shirt to proudly display their dedication to the cause. For those opting for the premium packet, some delightful donuts and snacks will be included as well. 

Timing for the run is stress-free, with no timing chips required. However, for those interested in keeping track of their time, coordinators will provide bib numbers on race day to note start and stop times. 

Swag bags, including the premium running shirt and a finisher's medal, will be shipped directly to the registered address (US only). Packet pickup is hassle-free, with race bibs provided on race day. 

Wave times are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so participants are encouraged to email their desired wave time to info@thebestraces.com. Late runners can also join in upon arrival, as coordinators will be available up to 3 hours after the first wave. 

For those unable to attend in person, the virtual run option offers a unique opportunity to receive the support of a coach who can provide encouraging texts leading up to the run. Virtual runs can be completed at any time and location, and participants can submit their results to receive a well-deserved medal.

To further enhance the running experience, participants have the option to sign up for multiple races at a discounted rate. Completing three runs will even earn them a coveted custom runner's trophy.
