Join the Runners High Pub Run with Syncopated Brewing on November 18th! This exciting event is all about celebrating the Fall season and enjoying a refreshing beer from Syncopated Brewing. Lace up your running shoes and get ready to run approximately 3 miles in Long Beach. The run will start promptly at 12pm (noon) from the Runners High LBX location at 4101 McGowen Street #Suite 145, Long Beach, CA 90808.

After the run, we'll make a pit stop at Syncopated Brewing, located at 3671 Industry Ave unit C1, Lakewood, CA 90712. There, participants will be treated to a complimentary 10oz ice-cold beer from Runners High. It's the perfect way to reward yourself for a great run! And that's not all - there will also be a New Balance Demo available for all attendees to try out.

Once we've replenished our energy and enjoyed some well-deserved refreshments, we'll make our way back to the exchange location. Join us for some exciting raffles and take advantage of exclusive in-store discounts. This is an event you won't want to miss!

The environment is good, there are many animals inside, and the popular science education is really great. For me, if I am not in a hurry, I can soak in it for a whole day. You must go to the parrot garden inside. After buying nectar, they will automatically fly over. It is recommended to go in and walk to the middle and cover it with your hand, otherwise the old parrot will eat all your portion in one breath!

The essence section is the section from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and it must be opened from San Francisco to Los Angeles, because the road on the right is facing the sea, this direction is open, and the scenery is beautiful. It is really the most beautiful road. We drove for 3 days, the first day from San Francisco to Monterey, the second day to Pismo Beach, the third day to Los Angeles, all the way to stop, while walking, playing, the sea view is invincible, a lot of flowers that have not been seen in China, really beautiful. The main attractions passing by are Half Moon Bay, Dove Point Lighthouse, Monterey Town, Carmel Town, 17 Mile Bay, Big Sur McVeigh Falls, Bixby River Bridge, Elephant Seal Beach, Pismo Beach, Solvan Danish Town, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica Beach, etc.

We were taking a carnival cruise port in LA. The Queen Mary was right next door. They JUST opened two months prior since COVID and were accepting guests. We had drinks at the bar, breakfast at the chowder hall and coffee on deck. the rooms were a bit dark without windows but the real deal and unique experience. Would def book there again!
