On Saturday December 14th, 2024 we will have a gym-wide, 2 person team competition. Teams M/M or F/F You may have a non-member as a partner as long as you are a member! Divisions: PERFORMANCE / HYBRID / FIT Please see below for standards! Workouts will follow a format similar to the scales you see in our group classes. Find a partner around the same level as yourself, and sign up for the division that you usually work at. All skill levels are accommodated. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Proficiency with 105/75 barbell and 50/35 dumbbell Wall walks Double unders Toes to bar HYBRID STANDARDS Proficiency with 95/65 barbell and 40/25 dumbbells Wall walks Double unders - at least one person needs to be proficient  Hanging leg raises FIT STANDARDS Proficiency with 35/20 dumbbells Push ups - at least one person needs to be proficient Box jump overs Single unders V ups  Pricing: $130 per team: October 14 - November 4 $160 per team: November 5 - November 25 Day of competition: Competition will start at 9:00am. There will be 3 workouts and a floater. Spectating is FREE so bring your friends and family. We will need Judges!
