The Sacramento/Davis InterPlay Monthly Class offers a unique opportunity to recharge and connect with your body wisdom. Through the use of storytelling, movement, stillness, and sound, participants can explore and rejuvenate themselves in a playful and accessible way. The class is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, with no experience necessary. Each month, there is a different theme to explore, ensuring variety and personal growth. The facilitators of the class are warm and inviting, creating a space for silliness and personal insights. A suggested contribution of $10-$15 is recommended, but everyone is welcome, regardless of financial ability. The class takes place on the third Tuesday of every month at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento, located at 2425 Sierra Boulevard, Sacramento, CA. Join us from 6:00-7:30pm for an evening of connection, play, release, and rejuvenation.
