Miriam Peretz, an internationally celebrated dancer, will guide participants through a heart-centric movement ritual that combines intention setting, breath practices, trance and release, and improvisation in the gaga movement language. Miriam's unique style draws inspiration from Central Asian dance, contemporary dance, devotional whirling practices, and sacred dance rituals from around the world. Through movement and ritual, Miriam creates safe and communal spaces for healing and empowered embodiment. Accompanied by the soulful live music of RutiCelli, a talented international touring musician, participants will embark on a sound medicine journey in 432 Hz tuning, known for its profound effects on our mind, body, and spirit. This ancient tuning system is aligned with the power of Earthing, providing a deeply stabilizing and healing experience. The event will take place at The Center SF on November 5th, 2023. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring a shawl or small blanket.
