To ensure a seamless experience, the Horror Writers Association recommends booking lodging at the convention hotel during the registration process. This will help you avoid any unforeseen events or limited availability of lodging at the time of the convention. We are excited to announce our esteemed Guests of Honor: Jonathan Maberry, Paul Tremblay, and Paula Guran. Join us for a special Pittsburgh Weekend from June 16 to June 20, priced at $175. Take advantage of the Early Bird registration from June 21 to September 30, 2023, for $200. Prices will increase as the convention approaches, so don't miss out! If you can't attend the full event, we offer Single Day Passes for Friday or Saturday priced at $200. For those who prefer a virtual experience, we have Virtual Only passes available for $75, or you can upgrade to include a Souvenir Anthology for $100 (international shipping available for $125). Additionally, you can add on a Virtual ticket to your In-Person Registration for just $40. Join us for Librarian's Day, where you can connect with fellow librarians and immerse yourself in horror literature. Please note that lunch will not be provided this year. Prices range from $400 for one table with one convention pass, to $1500 for three tables with three convention passes and program book advertising. Please review our refund policy for StokerCon™ registrations. Full refunds are available if canceled more than ninety days ahead of the convention start date. Refunds of 95% are available if canceled more than sixty days ahead. After that, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to someone else or to StokerCon 2025.
