When Rivers Meet | The Fleece

When Rivers Meet When Rivers Meet plus support from Greene From July to October 2026, When Rivers Meet return to the stage with the Rhythm Rust & Static Tour, following the release of their brand-new studio album Rhythm Rust & Static, out in spring 2026. Recorded with an intentionally stripped-back, analogue-inspired approach, Rhythm Rust & Static captures the raw essence of When Rivers Meet, intimate, gritty, and emotionally charged. The tour reflects that same spirit: a smaller, more focused on-stage setup, delivering a huge, immersive sound that puts songwriting, feel, and connection at the heart of the show. Audiences can expect to hear all ten tracks from the new album performed live, alongside a carefully chosen selection of favourites from the When Rivers Meet back catalogue. Across this 14-date UK tour, each night promises a powerful, close-quarters experience. On stage, When Rivers Meet remain exactly what they have always been: Grace & Aaron Bond. They are joined by long-time collaborator James Fox, adding depth and texture through percussion, guitar, and backing vocals. With three musicians on stage, the sound is expansive and full-bodied. Fresh from a run of remarkable chart success including a Top 10 Official UK Albums Chart entry with Aces Are High and a #4 Official UK Albums Chart with Addicted To You, alongside multiple Official UK #1 positions across genre and format charts, When Rivers Meet continue to prove that independence and ambition can go hand in hand. This is When Rivers Meet at their most distilled and most intense. Greene is the musical project of Joe Anderton. Born in Chelmsford, Greene takes the maiden name of his mother. After spending some years as a member of Connor Selby’s band, and lending writing credits to such acts as The Cinelli Brothers, Anderton now uses Greene as avessel for his own output. Angel Investors of the Future - Electra Breakfast Event | Origin Workspace

Join us for an accessible, practical session for curious women considering angel investment, designed to help expand the angel community. Only 14% of angel investors in the UK are women, and evidence shows that more diverse investor groups are much more likely to deploy capital into female-founded businesses, helping to improve access to funding for underrepresented entrepreneurs. So, to remove friction for brilliant female-led businesses, this event helps women deepen their understanding of angel investment - what it is, how it works, where to start, and what's involved. Do you have unanswered questions about angel investment? Have you wondered how angel investment works and whether it's a good addition to your current financial habits? Or perhaps you're a founder thinking of raising equity funding through angel investors. If you're angel investment curious, join us for a light breakfast and: Participate in a workshop-style session to explore your questions, anxieties, and opportunities re angel investment. Hear from Alison Cooper, Director at Angel Investors Bristol. Learn about the groups and investors locally. Depending on how you invest, you could start from £100 per deal, and best practice suggests investing in a portfolio of 20-25 companies over time. Angel investment puts your capital at risk. This event follows on from the film showing of 'Show Her the Money'` in Autumn 2025. If you'd like to watch the film before the session, it's available here . Agenda: 09:00 - 09:15 Arrival, grab a drink, and light breakfast 09:15 - 09:30 Introduction from Briony - what is angel investment, what groups exist locally, and what are your questions/assumptions about it? 09:30 - 10:15 Discussion with Alison Cooper, Angel Investors Bristol 10:15 - 10:30 Next Steps and Networking What is Electra?
