The 2024 Open Mic is the perfect opportunity to showcase your musical talents and artistic skills. Held at the prestigious Chapel FM in Leeds, this event is a must-attend for anyone passionate about poetry, music, or spoken word performances. With its welcoming atmosphere and diverse range of performers, the Chapel FM open mic nights have been a resounding success.

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup for all acts, we kindly request that performers arrive at the venue by 7pm on the event day. Performance slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to our younger performers. To secure your chance to perform, please provide your name and details to the host and obtain a ticket in advance.

We have a fantastic range of equipment available, including a drum kit, electric guitar and bass amplifiers, and a keyboard. All necessary audio cables and microphones will also be provided. Simply bring your own instrument, and we'll take care of the rest. Each act is limited to two songs or a performance of no more than 8 minutes, ensuring that the night runs smoothly and everyone gets a chance to shine.

For those interested in karaoke performances, please bring your backing tracks on a USB memory stick or provide the host with the exact details of the backing track as listed online.
