Join the Top Of The AM D1 Elite Class in Toronto for an exclusive opportunity to learn the intricacies of exceptional basketball play. Led by Canada's number 1 basketball trainer, Dane Smith, this Official Elite D1 Basketball Class Development Program is not to be missed. The workouts will take place in downtown Toronto and encompass a variety of exercises including warm-ups, ladder drills, skipping rope, heavy rope training, heavy medicine ball exercises, track work, and on-court workouts. Rest is highly recommended to ensure optimal performance. Remember to bring water, snacks, a yoga mat for stretching, your own basketball, extra socks, and a change of shirt once the workouts are complete.

Each morning, the two-hour workout sessions will cater to both boys and girls. As part of the program, athletes will receive The Official TOP OF THE AM T-Shirt, presented by Varna & Design Inc., as well as have the opportunity to take an individual picture with Dane Smith. Please note that all event tickets are final sale and non-refundable. 

Dane Smith, with his Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Performance, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With 10 years of performance development expertise and 8 years of professional playing experience overseas, including winning the National Basketball League Canada Championship, Dane is dedicated to the holistic development of young athletes.

The attractions in downtown Toronto are basically together. As long as the weather is good, it feels like a blockbuster to shoot casually 👍! I started from Queens Park and slowly walked south along Bay St., and I would pass the new municipal building and the old municipal building (the clock on the top of the building will ring) to Union Station. You can turn right to visit the Canadian Tower. There is also a Toronto train show next to it! Then continue south (preferably along Bay St) for more than 10 minutes to the beach (Harbour Front). there is a ferry, and you can see the plane landing 👍).
